- 1 Raw Turmeric (हल्दी)
- 2 Cup Water (पानी )
- 3 Inch Ginger (अदरक )
- Cinnamon (दालचीनी )
- 1/4 th Lemon (निम्बू)
- 2 Tsp Honey (शहद )
- 5-6 Mint Leaves (पुदीना )
1 Clean and peel raw turmeric and ginger . Boil 2 cups of water and add turmeric , ginger ,cinnamon . Boil it and simmer for 2-3 mins .
2 Now add mint leaves and lemon juice and switch off the gas . Using Strainer strain the tea . Now add 1 tsp of Honey and mix it well . Mint-Turmeric tea is ready .Enjoy hot .
