Now a days ,Veggie Burger, kids favourite food . Kids are always demanding to eat outside for the McDonald or Burger King . So here I am presenting a simple recipe which is delicious and you can easily cook at home .

Fast food are said to be not good for our health . But what if we make it healthy ? In burger you can add any veggies which are you loves to eat .
Like carrot ,corn, beans, Potatoes , and sauces .

If you give vegetables to kids like this way they gonna love it.

  • Burger Buns
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • Breadcrumb
  • Corn Flour / Corn Starch
  • Lettuce
  • Red Leaf Lettuce
  • Vinegar Onion
  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Carrot
  • Potato
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Sauted Peas
  • Ketchup & Garlic Mayonaise
  • Italian seasoning Herbs
  • Oil to shallow fry the patty


In a small saucepan, combine the boiled ,mashed potatoes  with the coriander leaves finely chopped , green chillies ,grated carrots ,sauteed peas . Add salt and breadcrumbs .

2 Mix all the ingredients properly . Make a ball  of the mixture and press it gently to make a thick potato patty .(Aloo tikki ) . Take cornflour in small plate . Add salt and little water to make a thin  paste . Now dip the patty into the cornflour paste and apple breadcrumbs to the patty . 

3 Now shallow fry the patties in medium flame from both sides . 

4 For making burger , now roast the burger bun in butter . Apply ketchup to the bun . Now  stack the red leaf lettuce , potato patty , lettuce . Shower some salt and black pepper  . You can also shack the burger with vinegar onion and tomatoes . Apply garlic mayonnaise to the other side of the burger bun . So our Veggie burger is ready . Serve hot with ketchup & chips or french fries .
