Here I am presenting a very simple yet delicious soup recipe which goes well for winter season . If your child don’t like vegetables or if he is not eating his food properly , here is the way to fulfil your child’s nutrition requirements. I have put enough black pepper which helps to keep body warm in the cold season . Also black pepper ,ginger is good for cough and cold . So this recipe is the perfect solution to keep your family healthy in this winter . Also if you are following any nutrition chart to get slim or maintain your body shape , this is the recipe you can follow . This soup also helps you to keep away from winter flu . Now a days , this Vegetable Soup has become one of my most popular soup recipes and for good reason! It’s healthy, it’s comforting and 1,000 times better than what you’ll get in a can! Full of flavor and so easy to make you can’t go wrong with a big warm bowl of vegetable soup. Also you can refrigerate the soup for 2-3 days and can enjoy anytime when you want . If you are hungry you can enjoy this soup with crostini or garlic bread or simply with some pasta . This is also a perfect soup for any occasion like birthday or anniversary parties .   • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Carrot
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Purple(red ) Cabbage
  • Lettuce
  • Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 2 Tsp Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Spring Onion
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1/2 bowl boiled corn
  • Vegetable broth
  • 3 Tsp Lemon Juice


In a small saucepan,  or simple pan take butter , melt it and add ginger -garlic roughly chopped . Roast it and add 2 Tsp  black pepper .Add diced carrot , broccoli ,cauliflower and purple cabbage .

2 You can choose any cabbage you have like green . Any vegetables you can choose as per your likes . Stir all the vegetables for 2 mins now add 2 bowls vegetable broth . Boil all the vegetables at medium flame . Add some more water . Add lettuce and red leaf lettuce 

3 Add some more water if needed and simmer it for 20 mins . You can also cook all the vegetables in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

4 Now mash some vegetables and adjust the consistency . Put some salt as per taste . Add some water if needed .

5 Simmer for 1 min . Add Lemon juice . Delicious , hot & spicy vegetable soup is ready . Garnish it with the finely chopped spring onion & coriander leaves . Serve hot with garlic bread or pasta or crostini .
