There is a huge influence of many overseas cuisines in Indian cuisine influenced with and has adapted to the local taste buds.Chinese fried rice recipe is one such adapted version from the asian cuisine transformed to a popular street food recipes. it has many variations and but I have tried to make the recipe basic , simple and easy veg fried recipe.
- 2 Bowls Cooked Rice
- 3 Tsp Oil(तेल)
- Green Peas (मटर)
- 1 Garlic clove (लसुन)
- 1/2 Onion (प्याज )
- Red , Green and Yellow Capsicum (लाल, हरी,पिली शिमला मिर्च)
- 1Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
- Beans ,
- Green Cabbage(पत्ता गोबी)
- Spring Onion for garnishing (प्याज के पत्ते)
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- A pinch of Black Pepper
1 For preparation : Cook 2 Bowl of rice and cut all the vegetables in small size .
2 Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Saute it at high flame . Don’t allow it to be golden brown . Now add all the vegetables and stir fry .
3 Add cooked rice and saute it . Add 4 tsp of water at this stage so that rice will not break also it will maintain the coloures of the vegetable . Saute the rice . If you cannot saute it , you can mix it gently .
4 Add salt , vinegar , soya sauce and chilli flakes .Mix well . Saute it for few seconds . Garnish with the black pepper and spring onion . Enjoy Hot .
