Spicy Tangy Green Tomato Garlic chutney | हरे टमाटर लसुन की चटपटी तीखी चटनी | Green Chutney Recipe Green fresh tomatoes are now a days in the market .
Here I am presenting a simple easy recipe to make a spicy, tangy ,yummy tomato garlic sauce /chutney .
This is village style tangy mangy chutney you can enjoy with chapati/bhakari or bread paratha as you wish . This will enhance the flavours of you complete meal . You can refrigerate it for 10 day or 2-3 days out in normal temperature .
- 2 Green Tomato
- 4 Green Chilli
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seed
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 Garlic
- 2 Ginger (Adarak)
- 2 Tsp Oil
1 Make a fine paste of tomatoes , garlic, ginger , cumin seed , green chillies and coriander leaves .
2 Heat oil in the pan , pop up mustard seed and curry leaves . Add some hing .
3 Add the tomato paste and simmer for 2 mins . Serve with paratha , chapati or bread or rice /pulao ….
