Pudina (Mint) chutney is very famous Indian sauce . This is use with many Indian snacks like Samosa , All Bhonda , Sandwich and many more . This is my favourite chutney and I use it everyday . We can refrigerate this chutney for 10-12 days and 2 days at normal temperature . This is also called green chutney or coriander chutney .

- 1 Bowl Coriander Leves
- 1/2 Bowl Mint (Pudina) Leaves
- 2 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
- 1 Tsp Split Chickpeas (Chana dal)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 Garlic(Lasun)
- 3 Green Chillies
- A pinch of Hing
- Little Water
1 Clean 1 tsp of chana dal and soak it for 1 hour .Wash mint and coriander leaves throughout.
2In a small mixture pot , combine the mint leaves with the coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, Split chickpeas ,lemon juice , jeera(cumin seed),a pinch of hing and a little water and grind it to smooth paste.
3Mint (Pudina) chutney is ready to serve.
Garnish it with a mint leaf .
