Here i am presenting a very chatpaty , tangy , spicy Green tomato , onion , garlic chutney . This Chutney goes perfect with pakodas , meal time .
Green tomato , onion , ginger ,garlic and green chillies are the main ingredient . You can adjust the amount of green chillies as per your taste . But for perfect spiciness we have to add 7-8 chillies . Please subsscibe to my channel for more update. Keep on watching RaginiKitchen .

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomato (टमाटर)
  • 7-8 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च )
  • Handful of Coriander (धनिया )
  • 1 Medium size Onion (प्याज)
  • 2 Tsp Oil (तेल)
  • 4 cloves of Garlic (लसुन)
  • 1 Inch Ginger (अदरक )
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seed ( जीरा)
  • 1 Tsp Salt (नमक)

Directions

1 In a pan , heat oil and add cumin seed . Let it crack . Now add finely chopped garlic – ginger . Add onion and roast it . Now add chopped tomato .

2 Cook for 2-3 mins and then add chopped coriander leaves . Grind it coarsely .

3 Hare tamatar ki chutney is ready to eat for next 8 days . Store in refrigerator in glass bowl .
