- 1 Potato
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch/Corn Flour
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder
- Black Paper
- Oil to fry
1Take Potato , pill it and cut it in small wedges style.In a small saucepan, boil the wedges till half cook.
2Let wedges to cool completely . After that In one saucepan mixed the wedges with salt , Red Chilli powder , Black Paper and herbs(optional) .
3Heat the Oil in pan and deep fry the wedges till it gets golden brown , crispy .
4Or you can bake it in the oven at 180 *C for 15 mins. Transfer the potato wedges to a serving platter, garnish it with red chilli powder , salt and serve while hot with mint chutney or ketchup on the side with burger.
