  • For Dough :

  • 1 Bowl Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp Yogurt
  • 1  Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • For Pizza Vegetables :

  • Red , Yellow Green Capsicum
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Cucumber
  • Baby Tomato
  • Pineapple
  • Olives
  • Mushroom
  • Seasoning :

  • Pizza Sauce
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Italian Mixed Herb Seasoning
  • Oregano Leaves
  • Mozzarella Cheese


1 For preparation : Cut all the vegetables  . For dough : Take wheat flour , salt , sugar , baking powder , baking soda and oil . Mix all the ingredients together .Add yogurt and water . Knead it and make a soft dough . Apply oil on the dough and keep it aside for 40-45 mins .

2 Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough . Make the thick chapati/bread . Make holes with the help of the fork . On pan apply some butter or put the butter paper . Cook it at medium flame for 2-3 mins . Half cooked pizza base can be store for months in freezer .

For Pizza : On pizza base apply pizza sauce . Put the sliced cheese .Put the vegetables and cheese . Top app with seasoning italian mixed herb and oregano leaves .

Cook on pan at medium flame for 5 mins.  Cover the pan with lid . Pizza is ready . Enjoy Hot .
