The ingredients are mention below . Chilli flakes you can adjust to your taste . Vegetables are also you can choose as per your likes and availability . Onion , capsicum are the basic veggies .
Ingredients
2 cups Penne Pasta
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 tsp oil
VEGETABLES
2 tsp olive oil/butter
Broccoli
1/2 onion chopped
1 small carrot
1/2 capsicum chopped
handful of corns
1/4 Tsp Salt
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Pasta Sauce :
2 Tsp butter
2 Tsp Plain Flour (Maida)
2 cups milk Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp Italian mixed herb seasoning
1/2 Oregano Leaves
Directions
1For Pasta Sauce : In a saucepan take 2 Tsp of butter . Add plain flour (maida) and one cup hot milk . Keep on stirring . No lumps should be form . Cook for 2-3 mins . Now add 1 cup hot milk again . Simmer for 1-2 mins . Adjust the consistency . It should be free flowing. Add chilli flakes , salt , Italian mixed herb seasoning and oregano leaves . Mix it well. Pasta sauce is ready . You can store in refrigerator for a month and can use whenever needed .
2 In another saucepan on another burner boil 2 cups of water . Add penne pasta , salt and oil . Simmer for 8 mins . Check if pasta is cooked . For checking cut the pasta from the middle .If white portion in the middle the cook again for 2-3 mins . Pasta should not be overcooked . Drain the pasta and apply some oil so that pasta will not stick together . Boiled pasta is ready .
3 Now in a pan take 2 Tsp of oil/butter . Add finely chopped garlic . Add broccoli , onion , capsicum and all the other vegetables . Saute it for 2-3 mins . Little smoky . Add salt and black pepper.
4 Now in a pan add pasta sauce , boiled pasta and vegetables . Mix it well . Pasta is ready to serve . Enjoy Hot .
