Here I am presenting a simple and easy recipe
- Paneer (400 gm)
- 4 Tsp Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seed
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Curry Leaves
- 1 Finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 Finely chopped Tomato
- Coriander Leaves , Onion , Lemon wedges
1 Heat 3 Tsp Oil in a medium size pan . Pop up cumin seed and Mustard seed . Add Onion and roast it well .
2 Now Add Hing and Tomato and roast it.Add curry leaves and all the spices like salt , kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder , coriander powder , curry leaves and garam masala .
3 Add grated paneer and simmer for 3 mins . Paneer bhurji is ready . Serve hot with Nan / Rice .
