Here I am presenting a simple and easy recipe

Ingredients

  • Paneer (400 gm)
  • 4 Tsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp  Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 Finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Finely chopped Tomato
  • Coriander Leaves , Onion , Lemon wedges

Directions

Heat 3 Tsp Oil in a medium size pan . Pop up cumin seed and Mustard seed . Add Onion and roast it well .

Now Add Hing and Tomato and roast it.Add curry leaves and all the spices like salt , kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder , coriander powder , curry leaves and garam masala .

Add grated paneer and simmer for 3 mins . Paneer bhurji is ready . Serve hot with Nan / Rice .
