- Moong Dal( Split green gram)
- Oil for frying
- Red Chilli Powder
- Curry Leaves
- Chat Masala ( Optional )
1 Clean and soak the split gram dal (Moong Dal) for 4 Hours . Dry it on cotton cloth till gets completely dried .
2 Heat the oil . At high flame , deep fry the moong dal till the sound start . Deep fry the peanut and curry leaves . Drain all these on kitchen towel . Absorb the extra oil by paper towel .
3 Now add salt , red chilli powder and hing . Enjoy the moong dal namkeen any time as snack .
