  • 1 Bowl Sabudana (Sago)
  • 4 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin Seed)
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 medium size Potato
  • 1/2 Bowl Peanut
  •  1 1/2 Tsp Rock Salt
  •  Mint
  • Coriander (Optional)


1 Clean and soak Sabudana . Soak sabudana so that it will dip only sabudana . No more water otherwise khichdi will become sticky . Less water , khichdi will become hard .Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli.Also grind peanuts coarsely .

2 In pan , heat the oil at medium flame , sputter cumin seeds(Jeera) . Add thin sliced potato and roast it . Now add coarsely ground peanuts and roast it . Add mint coriander paste and mix it well .

3 Now add sabudana and salt .At low flame ,mix all the ingredients and Hariyali frat wali chichi is ready to eat . You can eat this one with lemon or yogurt .
