Hariyali Sabudana Kabab | कुरकुरा साबूदाना वड़ा | Crispy Sago Patties |Crispy Sabudana Vada
Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Sago (साबूदाना)
- 1 Medium size Potato(आलू)
- 1 Bowl Roasted peanuts (भुजे हुए फल्लिदाना)
- Mint Leaves (पुदीना)
- Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
- Oil(तेल) for deep frying
- 1/2 Tsp roasted Cumin powder(जीरा)
- 1 Inch Ginger (अदरक )
- 4-5 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
- 1 Tsp Rock Salt (सेंध्या नमक)
Directions
1 For preparation : Clean and soak the sago (sabudana) for 4 hours . Boil and mash potato . Roast the peanuts and grind half coarsely and half finely . Grind mint , coriander and green chillies together . Grate the ginger .
2 Combine all the ingredients together in one bowl , like soaked sabudana , potato , coriander-mint paste , coarsely ground peanuts , roasted cumin powder , rock salt .Mix it properly . Mash some of the sabudana .
3 Make a medium size ball and flattened it . Make kabab kind of shape . Apply finely ground peanut powder in all sides . Heat the oil .At medium-high flame , deep fry patties Till gets golden brown colour . Fry it both sides . Occasionally flip it .
4 Serve hot with peanut chutney .
