  • Handful Of Fresh Spinach (पालक )
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (Any vegetable oil)
  • 1 clove of  Garlic (लसुन )
  • 1 medium size Onion (प्याज़)
  • 1 Bowl Green Peas (मटर )
  • 1 Medium size boiled mashed Potato( आलू )
  • 1/2 Bowl grated Paneer(पनीर )
  • 6-7 Mint Leaves (पुदीने की पत्ती )
  • 3 Green chillies (हरी मिर्च )
  • 1 Tsp Salt (नमक )
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी )
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli (लाल मिर्च पाउडर )
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin (जीरा)
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला )
  • cut pistachio (15-20)(पिस्ता )
  • Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड क्रम्ज़ )
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Corn Flour(कॉर्न फ़्लावर )
  • Oil for Deep Fry


1 Boil handful of spinach in water . Let it be cold and the grind the boiled spinach , mint leaves and green chillies together . Make a coarse paste .

In a small pan, heat the 2 Tbsp of Olive oil. Add cumin seed and  grated garlic paste.  Now add half bowl finely chopped onion . Cook , roast properly till the onion gets golden brown .

3 Now in a bowl add spinach-matar paste , boiled mashed potato , grated paneer , corn flour , 2 Tsp bread crumbs , salt , turmeric powder , red chilli powder  . Mix all the ingredients together .

4 Now make a small ball . Make a hole in the middle and put some cuted pistachio . Cover        the kababs with bread crumbs . Deep fry the kababs at medium flame to make it crunchy .Enjoy Hot kababs with pudina chutney or the mayonnaise .
